The car feels super stiff on r settings, but on high speed sweeping turns I get a lot of body roll. What is the best way to fix?

Lower center of gravity with springs or coilovers and Thicker sways.

Thick Rear Sway Bar, and if you're up for quite some labor then a Front Sway Bar as well. We just supplied a setup for a DE5, the customer's super happy with the setup!

I feel the body roll also when doing high speeds on banking on-ramps to highways.

On the track however, the car felt amazing. Didn’t notice any body roll at all.

Kinda weird actually.

A more expensive but worthwhile mod so far to me has been the SDI e-CLIK suspension controller, which allows me to take over control of the dampers and I can confirm it's pretty much eliminated body roll. I also have H&R Springs and a 22mm Progress Rear Sway Bar, which helps but nowhere as immediately noticeable as active suspension.

DSC has a similar offering but without the screen so you need to hook up your laptop for changes to the software. I bought one of those as well to test out, and waiting for delivery and testing to weigh in on it.

Brief overview of SDI:

Lowering Springs and shocks will make the ride more harsh. Is this what you are willing to accept?

Sway bars do a far better job of preventing sway without adding to much harshness. Just do a larger rear bar and see if it that solves your problem.

If you do springs, choose ones that don't drop the car much. Aggressive lowering springs usually mess up suspension geometry causing effective center of gravity to increase which means more roll.

Shocks and struts affects how fast it rolls, not how much it rolls.

I added stiffer sway bars to another car and body roll was greatly reduced. However cornering traction went down since stiffer bars transfer more weight to the outside tires, unloading the inside tires. Especially noticeable powering out of corners.

Isn’t that a good thing for the track so you can turn in harder/faster?
