I just ordered the Bad Ann front guard to go with my WOT HPT cooling plate. will post photos once installed.
Few installation notes:

I had to use a dremel tool to enlarge the Bad Ann front guard holes towards the back of the car to line up them with the WOT HPT cooling plate threaded holes. no pushing or adjusting the Bad Ann front guard did the trick, and I'll have to remove these bolts every 3,000 miles...

the WOT HPT bolts and the two black bolts provided with Bad Ann front guard were too short and did not engage the threads in the WOT HPT cooling plate. I had to use longer bolts, though once I tightened the bolts, which bent/dented the Bad Ann front guard upwards towards the WOT HPT cooling plate, the shorter bolts would probably have reached. though my bolts are 10.9 whereas the Bad Ann bolts are 9.8, so I opted to just keep my slightly stronger bolts.

similarly the OEM phillips head screws at the far left and right sides of Bad Ann front guard were way too short, the Honda OEM plastic part where the screws go is recessed upwards to meet the part with the holes, whereas Bad Ann front guard is flat in this area. I do not believe that these two are necessary, since the Bad Ann front guard is solidly mounted without these two philips head screws.

yet looking at other pictures above, it seems that you guys managed to get both the WOT HPT bolts and the phillips screws at the far right and left, no idea how you did that...

My excuse is that I am a software engineer, and this is hardware : - )

For me, I had to forgo the washers on the center bolts between the BAA and the WOT and pull down on the WOT in order to get the threads to catch. It was the rivets on the WOT plate that prevented it laying flat against the BAA, so if possible to reverse these rivets, maybe they would be more flush on the underside and fit better.

But I did an oil change a couple weekends ago, and removing and reinstalling the WOT plate was easy enough.

I have a good amount of new hardware sitting around and utilized some longer bolts on the far right and left side. The middle bolts for me had no issues going into the WOT plate.

I was looking at ordering one of these for my '23 Si on Vtec Slayer's website but they four different options. FK8, FL5, DE4, and DE5. Which one do I order? Or can I order directly from OP? Probably won't be ordering until mid January but just wanted to get some info first.

You can order direct from me. You'll get the FL5 spec, it fits all 11th Gen Civics.
