Tuned for 100k! What were your mods, if any, and what tune were you running? Why did you go back to stock?
TSP 1 and a PRL CAI, street MAF. Those are the only power related mods. And yes I’m back to stock because laptop and I had lost the tune file many moons ago to reflash it

2019 Civic Si sedan then to a 2013 Fit 6mt then to (current) 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring 6mt.

The interior and infotainment of the 11th gen is definitely way better than the 10th. The 10th gen carplay would freeze at least once on every drive and compounding that with the rattles within a few weeks of buying it from the dealership new made it a very unpleasant experience, I was happy to get rid of it.

I went in to test drive a used 2022 (last year 2024) Sport Touring 6mt without any expectations and was surprised, I returned the following day and bought it. I had no intentions of buying at the time because I didn't know what I wanted yet t replace the Fit. All I knew was I wanted a hatchback. Then coming from the 10th gen, I told myself I wouldn't get a newer Civic but the 11th gen's test drive surprised me enough (good surprise) that it made me forget about the negative experiences I had with the 10th gen.
I had carplay freezes every so often also, granted I was doing about 700 miles a week at that time but it definitely seemed to get worse as time went on. how is the room in the hatch? I just had to pick up a kids bed in my sedan and I had to load it in the back seat because the box was too tall to load into the trunk.

Had a 20 si that got rear ended and totaled. Now in a 25 si. (Neither has ever been tuned). At first I much preferred the 20 power band over the 25 as I felt it was more useful for daily driving. I now have a HVI inlet, TIP, and an intercooler on the 25 and I have grown more accustomed to the 25 power delivery and may even prefer it. (I only had an intercooler on the 20).

The dual dampers on the 20 were nice because you could have a softer ride for dailying and could stiffin it up whenever needed. The 25 ride is somewhere in the middle of those so it kind of compromises between the two. That being said I am just as confident when tossing my 25 into a corner as I was my 20.

Like everyone else says, the 25 infotainment and interior are far nicer than the 20.

Finally for both generations, the biggest performance difference bang for your buck is tires. Going from the shitty stock eagle sports to something like DWS 06+ is night and day.

The carplay issue was very frustrating, it was my daily but didn't see as much mileage as yours but it would always turn black as if it'd turn off or freeze with the display on and just be unresponsive.

I come from owning multiple hatchbacks, 2005 Civic Si and 2 2013 Honda Fits, so I'm a bit biased with the body style but the hatchback's cargo space when hauling things that will require the seats down AND some more definitely comes handy with my lifestyle. I ride bikes and prefer to not use a bike rack, I'm able to fit two bikes, both front wheels off with some space leftover. If it's only my bike, I can just throw it in there without taking the front wheels off.
