Valet Mode

Is there a straightforward way to limit boost or activate a limp home mode to limit the car’s power as a valet mode of sorts? One of my previous cars had a fuse on the wastegate control solenoid that could be pulled and limit the engine to 6-7psi of boost instead of the full boost of the car. Was wondering if something similar was possible with the Honda.

I took the OP's ask of "straightforward" meaning not having to ship the ECU and pay $1,100+ for valet mode functionality.
