Probably the head unit as well with google integration. Would probably wait until a junkyard has one though as the brain isn't cheap.

Ok went ahead and tried this part. I figured the part would likely be plug and play but unfortunately it’s not. On pre-2025 models the USB ports are part of the wiring harness. They actually clip into slots in the dash where your USB cable can access them through a hole. There are 2 usb ports and a third connector to power the lights
around the ports.

On the 2025 model the USB-C ports are an entirely separate module with 2 ports on the back that are not compatible at all with any of the old connectors.

So unfortunately this mod isn’t currently possible unless you want to swap out the wiring harness or come up with your own custom adapter (which I’m not even sure would be possible).
