When I swapped out the stock clutch stopper pad with a magnet, I discovered the car won't start if the magnet was too thick to allow the clutch pedal sensor to make contact. Obviously getting on my hands and knees to swap the clutch stopper every time I park is not feasible. I'll do this when I park for extended days/weeks. I'll have to figure out an easier application method.

This JDI Ghost one uses remote to hidden receiver , step on brake and start the car. Doesn't have monthly subscription fee.

A kill switch spliced into the clutch switch wire might be a good option. I'd prefer a hidden manual switch (less to go wrong).
went in to look today and the line leading to the plug, there's not much space to work with...

I would exercise significant caution when considering a kill switch that interrupts the fuel pump circuit (such as the unit offered by 41.22 Inc.). If the device were to malfunction while the vehicle is in operation, it could immediately disable the fuel pump, potentially causing the engine to shut off and leaving you stranded in a hazardous location, such as the middle of a roadway or highway.
