Installed this over the weekend. First off I am completely new to the idea of a short throw adapter and everything so I wasnt entirely sure what to expect. I can say this. Install was beyond quick and painless. Took about a half hour, and after driving with it the past few days I can say it feels much better. The throw is noticeably shorter and each gear still locks in nice and tight. Reverse can be a bit of a stretch but I didnt find it to be all that smooth stock either. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

You can offset the added force by adding a weighted shift knob to even further improve the entire shifting experience.
