Seat Rattle (no, not that one) vid for reference

Hey all!

so I noticed when I was vacuuming my seat I slapped the bolster to bang off any dust and I heard this rattle. Only in the drivers side bolster closest to the door.

Is it worth taking to dealer? I honestly just don’t want it to be the side airbag rattling lol. It’s not poking or sagging. Feels fine when sitting.

Anyone else!?

Hmmm. Yeah that’s frustrating. Not sure if
Mine does that or not I’ll have to see. I’m not sure what that could even be.

The only squeak that I have is from the recall issue that I have yet to fix. I didn’t do it sooner because it wasn’t squeaking but now it just started squeaking and you can tell the seat has movement in it that’s not normal so I believe the welds have finally broken on the “faulty seat frame” so I will be doing that asap.

On your issue I will check and report back.

No it doesn’t I don’t hear it at all even when getting in or out or adjusting in seat. More so was just double checking cuz I know someone once said there’s an airbag down there or something. Wouldn’t wanna catch a steel rod through the thigh ?

I checked and no mine doesn’t do that. Luckily. I’ve Got enough rattling issues, don’t need anymore!

I have this exact seat rattle after checking. I did isolate the issue for mine being the seat reclining handle as it stops when I hold it still.

I wonder if replacing the handle and/or screw would resolve the issue.

If someone does fix this specific seat rattle, please share.
