Bought a pair of 20mm spacers back at the beginning of December. The 7th I believe. Couple days later got an email they were back ordered and wouldn't ship until the 20th. Didn't ship until a week or so after that. Sent 4 emails asking for a small refund for the inconvenience since their site said in stock and they weren't. I didn't get these until after the new year. Never heard a peep back from them. The product is good but the customer service seems to not exist.

I have experienced great customer service and support from garage line.
Had questions before my order and they were responsive. They weren't on back order when I ordered and they showed up in 2 days.
