New PCV Valve Not Rattling?

I ordered a new PCV valve from HondaPartsNow and it wasn't rattling at all before I took this video. You can kind of hear a faint rattle in the vid but not sure if it's right. Heard of people getting counterfeit parts from them so just wanted to get a second opinion.

Just return it and get one College Hills Honda. Messing with a bad or counterfeit part is not worth the risk.

that's annoying. There's no way to tell if it's real without returning it? I specifically ordered it there because it was more expensive than all the ones on ebay or Amazon so I assumed it would be real. They say they only sell genuine parts.

I highly doubt it’s fake. But, for the sake of making sure, just get one from College Hills and compare the two. If they both seem legit (and not defective), well, install one and keep the other as a spare.
