Need suggestions

So i am currently installing a downpipe and frontpipe and the stud is stuck in the turbo and everything ive tried seems to not work hardware stores around me are close atm so i cant try the two nut method ive sprayed wd-40 on it and let it sit nothing has seemed to work

Just noticed aswell there are no threads on the exposed side anymore from my unsuccessful attempts at removal ?

Best way would have been to double nut with the factory nuts and heat it up with a torch.

Yeah now you are in a tough spot, solution might be to weld a nut and taking it out

I had someone come out to weld a nut on it and it broke 3 times ?

Then it might be time to drill it out and retap the threads.
