LogR - Add More Tracks?

Is there a database of tracks not currently in LogR? I need Thompson Motorsports Park (Thompson, CT) and Palmer Motorsports Park (Palmer, MA).

Is there an update process to get new tracks?

Is there a process to request more tracks or share layouts with others?

Do I need to create the layout when I'm there?
