Logr sync issue

Looking for help, can't seem to get video sync to work with the logr app. Keeps giving me a "data not available" error. Anyone experiencing this?

the error occurs when you don't have phone data to synch with the video. here are the instructions...
- upload log data from the car to your app
- go to the video section in the app
- select the recorded video you wish to sync with the data
- choose synchronize
- pick the overlay elements you need
- choose "synchronize video"

the app will process the video with the data from your car and create the overlayed video. you can still "play" video without data... you just won't have the overlays
