Just shot you a message. Also want to be clear, I love this thing, but wanted to share my experience because I did deal with a few issues that based on your response might have been resolved.
I am sure they updated it trust me they are always willing to adapt and modify.

All good! Good Companies adapt to their feedback and they must have. When you don’t mass produce things you can change ya know. Check my Instagram @sbx_performance_llc I posted pics of my customers install today

Can you really tout OEM+ fitment? It's been documented by several the install wasn't exactly clean and required "improvisation" (i.e., mounting points not lining up, questionable clearances, etc.). Operator error goes out the window when you hear a chorus of the same or similar comments. I do not believe this to be a one off and that's fine, but positioning this product as one with OEM+ fitment is not on the level. And there are likely people who aren't commenting publicly because there's a belief in a corner of the car enthusiast realm that aftermarket parts aren't supposed to fit like OEM parts which I believe is ludicrous, especially parts billed as high quality or premium. And I'm not saying Infinity Design doesn't make a fine intake system. By all accounts it seems they do; however, level setting on fitment is only fair.
Just installed mine today and honestly it was about 8 out of 10 on fitment. Now I did have trouble with the MAF sensor fitting but it's only from the OEM O ring being quite flimsy it's not very fitted/tight on the sensor in the first place. But with some lube and slowly turning it back and forth it slipped right into the Infinity designs intake. I did catch with the wiring harness on the inlet side isn't secure next to the pulley and has a chance of making contact. but I just used a little zip tie to ensure it wouldn't make contact and it holds very well even after a very spirited drive

Secondly:
I fully swapped over all rubber mounting points and clamps before install and it all fitted with ease, with slight wiggling which is expected installing a new part.

And for the coupler I mean it's perfect. It's they're own design and you can feel it seat into place on the inlet pipe. See pictures attached.

Hope this helps for anyone wondering.

It’s massive but it really is one of the most attractive intakes. How is its sound?

Appreciate you dropping this in. Honestly sounds about on par nothing wild, just the usual stuff you deal with on a bigger intake box like this.

To be real, installing the PRL intake wasn’t fun for me either. I’m not a mechanic, just a parts guy haha but the coupler design on Infinity’s setup is way easier to seat. With PRL, I legit had to use a screwdriver to wedge the coupler into place, almost tore it and nearly cut/broke my hand trying to line everything up with the MAF housing too. Most people dont have experience installing other brand intakes before installing this one.

So yeah, it’s good to see others getting it in with just minor finesse. Appreciate the detailed post!

That MAF note makes total sense. I have taken mine in and out multiple times nothing a little spit cant handle lol The OEM o-ring is flimsy for sure, I’ve heard others mention the same thing. Glad you found a clean way to get it in without fighting it.

Good catch on the harness too that’s the kind of install detail that gets overlooked and your zip tie solution is exactly what most of us would’ve done anyway and its how my current setup is so its normal. Love that the coupler felt dialed too. Infinity really put effort into making that part right.

Appreciate you posting it up with honest feedback. Stuff like this helps people know what to expect and how to prep.

Dropping a few pics below of my personal gloss version that arrived and also a customers Matte Inlet Pipe. SBX is becoming the largest suppler of these in the US currently. Reach out directly to me in DM before purchase with any questions. I have learned a bunch about these over the past few months. Thank you

Few COMMON MYTH's about these that have been asked recently before purchases.

EPDM's are free if they tear. The latest ones are much thicker and cannot tear.

The intakes hitting the bonnets is entirely down to incorrect installation.
