Hey!!
Soo....I just turned 60 in Sept, and feel like 25...ish...I've owned and raced Honda/Acura for decades...since my first Honda: 1991 Civic Si hatch. It all started with that car just as the import scene was taking hold here. It went through 3 engines:
1. All motor stock engine, 1.6l, running 12 sec 1/4 miles times, built in my basement, NA.
2. ZC from japan, turbo
3. B16 swap, NA
From there I had an array of Honda's, even had a 14 second 2000 Odyssey with a 100 shot nitrous xpress kit, full exhaust, custom intake, etc....first Odyssey nitrous fed in the world at the time!
My 91 civic was a game screen in an old PC drag racing game. I built EVERY Honda I've had. The latest was my 23 Type S. Pushing mid 400 HP, track tuned, custom seats brackets and 6 piston brakes, all made for that car. Worlds first Type S with racing seats and 6 piston Paragon Brakes! Car run's 11.7 1/4 mile, is STUPID fast and handles shockingly well for a 4300lb beast...less the 300 I shaved off of it mind you
So here we are. With a new Type R WITH support! LOL. It'll be nice not to have to develop things for a car from the ground up for a change. And It's my LONG TIME dream car!
