I have used Discount Tire in the past and have always been impressed with the level of service I have recieved. Welcome to the forum guys :)

Welcome to the forum. Ive been using Discount tire for my entire fleet of vehicles since 2011 when I was doing some sort of racing every weekend, whether it was auto x, drag, or road course, gong through a set of BFG KDWs about every eight months. Ive spent a tens of thousands of dollars with Discount Tire and continue to do so even though Im not racing anymore. Ive turned almost my entire family on to Discount and buy tires for my wife and kids vehicles still. Im sure its do to the change in management, but it is irritating to go in or send my wife or kids to our local store to just get a normal rotate and balance, to keep the warranty I pay for in check, but get hassled every time to buy something, ranging from a set of locking lug nuts, to a set of rims, to a new set of tires when the tread depth is still with in the safe range, some times they will evening offer to pro rate the tire to make it cheaper, but I have to constantly tell them no, we are not buy anything at this time. Its not just me or my family, while sitting and waiting, you will over hear the sales guys try to talk people into buying things with scare tactics, like wheels falling off, tires blowing, rims being wore out, all on newer model vehicles. My wife and I were talking just last week, if we continue to get harassed after I buy a set of tires for the Civic, we will find a new place to start going to. I know its not yalls fault, but I feel someone should know how some of the Discount tire stores are doing people.
