Fitment questions with Apex VS5-RS and Swift Spec R springs

Hello I own a FL5 Type R and an wondering what the best fitment i can get with my setup is without buying new wheels or body mods. My current setup is the VS5s that are 18x9.5 et45 and tires are 265/35/18. I am on swift lowering springs and just wondering what size tire I need to run to poke out a little more and fill the gap a bit more.

275s can help but youll also want a 5mm spacer if you are focused on flush fitment. The best offset to get a flush fitment on a 9.5 is +38

This is +38 on a 265.

do you know where i can buy 5-10 mm spacers? i looked but i didnt find anything. i’m thinking 5 for the front and 10 for the rear as the rear sits in more
