This is normal. Once sold it disappears from their radar.
That's fine, but how are so many of the others getting updates from their dealers? I see a lot of "cars are in Alabama/Georgia" for Florida cars and a few "cars are in Illinois" for the midwest cars?

Not sure, I know it’s frustrating. Mine sat in a chicago holding yard for a month after having no updates on it then just showed up - the only car on the transport.

I ask once a week and they have always let me know where it is at. ETA is next week, hopefully it holds. I check daily the maps to see cars listed onsite. The last coupe of days it has been 8 new cars per day.

Exactly what I was saying. How is it that you are being updated while my dealer just can't track it? Luckily I see that an 800 series VIN has made it to Massachusetts so I wouldn't completely discount next week yet. Realistically I am expecting March 1st week so let's see.

My dealer told me its a combination of Honda marking it in their inventory for a certain period of time and it being formally marked as sold. Then the system thinks its there and gone and it drops off the radar. Messed up.

Yes I'm not too hell bent on getting the car next week; snow season hasn't ended yet so more than happy to take delivery in March. Just that I want to have an idea of where the car is.

My car showed up on the trackers on 10 February 2023. Dealer (Pennsylvania) just called me and has an ETA- car is currently in California, and will arrive 17 March 2023. He said with logistics, there may be delays but it should be +/- two weeks from that date.
My car is on that same train.
