I'm on the other side of the country so I can't make a recommendation but I can tell you to avoid Caliber and Gerber collision centers.

Sorry to see this, hope you and everyone involved are ok. Haven't worked with anyone in the Portland area, however, just west in Beaverton, I've dealt with Beaverton Auto Body and Paint. They've done 2 vehicles for me 1 auto repair/respray and the other was kit for my evo when I had it. No complaints, top notch work.
