Cold Air Intake Tune

I have a 2018 Honda Civic Sport. I want to install a cold air intake but not sure if I can without a tune. Will I be ok without or should I tune first?

you don't need a tune as these cars run rich at WOT so you are completely safe with a mod like that.

The factory intake is really good at supplying cold air so I have no desire for an aftermarket system on my car

Not necessarily safe, as many learned with a certain brand's intake on the 10th gen. If the MAF housing size is changed it can throw off fueling pretty badly.

You need a tune. I believe Ktuner and Honda would have an OTS tune by now, please check with them first
