Does anyone have a phone number for Autocannon? I placed an order many months ago as a VIP order when a new batch was coming out. For months they have said my order would be shipping soon. A month ago they said it would go out in 2 weeks, maybe 3. I have heard nothing since then. I have now emailed then 4 times with no response. Yet, they have no issues posting on social media. Very frustrating...

I'm no help for you but kinda in the same boat. I got some of the items I ordered a couple of weeks ago. The rest is still MIA. They said in the last email that the skateboards were held up in customs or something like that so I'm assuming I'll get the rest of the items when that's sorted out.

A month ago they said they were waiting for the skateboard. However, they never even sent any of the other stuff. I wonder why they sent you everything else?

I don't want to cancel because I really like their stuff.

I waited about 5 months to get my keychain, cap and shirt. It’s nice but a long wait. Just be patient if you want it. Otherwise they seem to respond to emails.

That’s odd. But I would say, if you are skeptical or can’t wait, file a dispute with your credit card issuer and try to get a refund. I am only speaking on my 2 purchase experiences with them.

I got my stuff but it took a long time to get. But quality is superb.

The impression I got was it's a very small operation at the mercy of forces outside their control. As sales people, they don't want to come out of the gate saying it'll take several months for parts to come and they've said these orders were "preorder", to which I never recalled them saying that nor ETA when the opened ordering.

If you've ever ordered anything from Kickstarter that produces overseas, it takes a long time to qualify vendors, approve details and fix production issues, and then go from trial to production runs. For Kickstarter, that is usually one or two pieces, this is a lot more variety.

Dennis and Autocannon has been around since at least early 2000s, he's very experienced with clothing albeit with chain retail volumes. IMO he should be a little more forthcoming with projected ETA, rather than relying on enthusiasts familiarity with the JDM wait. That said, he can do what he wants including sending out a few "it's coming soon" emails and then ghosting people until "we have another product coming soon". We know another famous automotive ceo that has done that for years and people still buy their wares... at least up until now.

If anything the quality is good, but I don't know if I'd buy again due to the wait. My CF pieces came (and cleared customs) much faster.

Our shipment arrived yesterday. We had a skateboard deck in the order, that seems to be on the main items that caused delays.

They responsed last week to my 4th email and said they were having issues with their email system. They said my order should have shipped and if I didn't receive a confirmation email to reach out. Well, still no confirmation email and I have reached out to them multiple times. Yet again, no response...

Now, I do have a package coming from California with no info attached it. So, maybe that is it?
