I think its more complex than that. Increasing the capacity wont really stop heat soak, it just means that it'll happen at a later time and because you have more capacity the heat soak will be worse because now you have a bunch fluid thats hot without the ability to reduce the temperature effectively.I would argue it isn't air flow, it's coolant and oil capacity that ultimately end up causing heat soak. For reference the AMG Cla 45 has triple the coolant capacity of the FL5.
Increasing the capacity is just a band aide solution. It judt needs more heat exchangers imo. The CLA 45 has 3 times the coolant capacity because it has three radiators to our one.
