Acuity stage 2 shifter slop in gear normal?

Anyone with the new acuity shifter experience slop/play while in gear? I’m coming from the stage 1 and don’t remember having much play when in gear.

I’m running stage 2 and I don’t experience much play at all… significant reduction from stock.
