For sure. The center one has a baffle. I’ve seen it clear as day in lots of videos and pics.

My guess says sports mode + rpm

most likely at R+ its open fully and sport its open at higher rpm and comfort stays closed. Least thats how the Golf R works. But at R+ you'll also get the full volume of fake engine noise from the stereo.
