do these work with the stock boot collar or do we need to swap it?

We will be provided a SS lock nut (maybe this is what you are referring to?) that the boot locks onto. Our design will be used on both the Type R and non-Type R Models.

Yea that's what I meant. Just wanted to know if a aftermarket collar and nut would be needed or if what is supplied would work with the stock boot collar. Thanks

I think they are focused on the Fk8 exhaust at the moment. This knob will come faster than the intercooler but I don't think it is priority. I will be happy to get this knob also but the intercooler is my priority!

Knob is about 2 weeks out.
L15 FMIC is around late September

They have a lot going on at once but not a huge company. 27won is quite thorough with their work but in return it takes them like a year from the first advertising to release a product.

I remember when I first saw their blog post in March and knew this was the shift knob i had sought for so long. By May it was close to ready and so was I. In June I knew it was almost mine. Through July I have been checking their website every single day. By August I will probably be peering into their windows. In most cases like this I would just move on to another product from another company, but they have such a solid reputation for taking the time to properly develop all the details of their products and I respect the hell out of a company that isn't willing to take shortcuts for quick cash. So I wait.

Yeah, I love 27won but they missed out on a sale from me for taking a little too long (exhaust for the SI). It seems a little shitty on my end because it's like, " why can't you just be patient". Well, when there is a part that I want and I have the funds for that part, I need to act soon before those funds go to something else. It is good advertising on their part because they toy with your emotions for months to get you and many others hyped with cash ready to go. But some people like myself loose interest in that amount of time.

Don't get me wrong, I will most likely get this shift knob even if it takes another month but that is because it is not that important to my build at the moment.
