I seen a couple of threads about people asking for reviews on these. I'm old and didn't want to lower the car too much. My use case is driving the vehicle to work everyday over bad island roads and the occasional mountain road spirited drive. Purchased these brand new open box from croober for $150. https://spoonusa.com/spoon-progressive-spring-civic-fl1
Drop is about 1 inch and not noticeable unless you park next to a stock height Civic. Body roll is noticeably reduced and ride quality wasn't negatively effected. The improvement in steering response was worth the money, I'd compare it to driving a sport touring and then jumping into an Si, but with better ride comfort over bumps. 10/10 would recommend for someone with a similar use case.
Install instructions are in Japanese, but pictures show how to cut the bump stops and yes you need to cut the bump stops, don't skip that step.
Picture of what it looks like with the springs installed after driving for 10 miles or so.
