Rebrickable has the build instructions and you can order the pieces through Bricklink or Brickowl, but you'll need a premium membership to Rebrickable if you want it to sub blue pieces for the default white: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-124469/Alex_Qwerty/civic-type-r/#details
It's a fun build. Not the sturdiest car, but fun to look at.
