I believe I was the first in the DFW area...maybe even all of Texas! I drove it off the lot around 4:00 on Thursday Dec 8.

Yeah the deals at the start of the pandemic were extreme. For my C7 it was especially good because Chevy was clearing out inventory in anticipation of the C8 being released. Little did Chevy know their whole production plan and supply chain would get completely screwed. In March 2020, got $11k off MSRP on a C7 Grand Sport plus 6 years 0% interest financing ?

For the Atlantian folks who are still wanting a Type R. Got a call from Honda in Thorton rd GA. They have the black one on the lot today ready for purchase. He mentioned 5k ADM (not sure if it was this only because I had a trade in, and did not mention any mandatory accessories). I already have my Type R secured so sharing this offer to others. If you decide to call ask for G. You can say Jeff sent ya. Good Luck and hopefully its not a lie.

6 weeks is quite awhile actually. I blame Honda. I was expecting a 1st quarter 2023 delivery. They called me on Halloween and said the car will be here any day as I moved from 2nd to 1st on their list.

That’s what sucks. And ETA’s have been pretty accurate with the most recent ones. Now mine is about to be late again if it doesn’t show up in the next couple hours. So frustrating.
