It is decent actually, the current market has determined that Civic Type Rs at MSRP are undervalued, paying over MSRP does not automatically mean you’re bad with your finances.

That’s good for you, a middling or terrible credit score also doesn’t equate to one being unable to afford certain things.

Thats because they just solely exist to build hype. They don't really know anything about the cars they see. They just get the call and show up with their flashy cameras

in nowhere, noway paying 5k for absolutely nothing is decent. Its your money do what you will but majority of the people here statically awful with their finances.

This is from my credit karma... I'm 43 years old and its frightening how people at my age is horrible with their money.

No one wants to pay more than suggest retail.. everyone wants to pay as little as possible for whatever they are buying.

We can all agree to that.

If you polled FK8 buyers who paid 5k above suggest retail that then sold or traded their cars... I'm confident in my guess that most would make that transaction again.

The CTR even with 5k on top is going to be about or less than the average new car price. I say that because the CTR is small potatoes.

You frequently mention higher dollar cars that that you seem to have in interest in. These cars cost more to operate and depreciate harder.

So help me understand your logic.

My last point is that you don't know a person's financial ability.

You don't know if they are coming out of a lease where they pocketed 10k at the end because of the market. Maybe 5k over is nothing to them.

I think its the same preproduction model they had in Cali launch which was also missing it. it'll have the red badge, its a signature trait.

Like I said I don't care its your money but people that pay those kinda markups are generally shitty with their finances and I know you'll be eating ramen to pay that 5k.
