I mean I'll take advantage of the warranty if I have to, but just going to see if it's reoccurring before I run to the dealership. More just seeing if anyone with the exact same drip had a follow up. If I never see any other liquid I'll leave it be :)
It might not be the bearing and I don’t like dealers touching the car if I can avoid it, they don’t always seem to know what’s going on 😂
Seemed too thin to be bearing grease.
Good find on the 2020 info. Honestly if you can find one and can swing the cost, better to go for it. Never know if it’ll be possible to secure one otherwise especially if a limited is even more scarce, it’ll probably go to people willing to trade in their current FL5s anyway.
I don’t ever plan...
Thats what they told me when I called for one a few months ago..
But I sent the automated ‘I’m interested’ message that went to their internet sales team. He then connected me with the person managing the sale who said they had a large deposit but didn’t sign papers yet.
Guy backed out and I...
That explanation makes a lot of sense, thank you. By the wording in this thread I was initially under the impression that Honda MTF (and by result FL5 stock fluid) was 75w-90.
I have always run the AMSOIL MTF year round in my Si with no issues. In my FL5, do you think 75w-90 GL-4 from whichever...
Side point because I was wondering, what is genuine Honda MTF is graded to be? In my 08' Si I've always run AMSOIL 5W-30 MTF without issue. Is the AMSOIL bad for the FL5 because of the carbon coatings in the transmission?
I'm completely uneducated so just trying to learn.
I think someone didn’t add those up correctly..
They just deleted all postings and reposted it for $71,469 ?
Would have been a steal with all those add ons.
I think most here are just jaded/frustrated, it’s a large majority dealers being shady with their dealings more often than not. Trying for years while being repeatedly told stories for why add ons are required or that the car is sold but shows up for sale ‘used’ at their own dealership.
Glad...
Toronto Honda just called me saying they have one incoming but I just secured mine today. Couldn’t give me details on pricing but if anyone’s interested and local give them a call and ask for Ethan today.
Or they’ll do it like the Moncton dealership. Their service manager traded in his 24 Ralley Red for their 25 Championship White..
Drove it for a year then traded back for a new one so the old one could be re-sold for $67k, probably net zero to him ?
Can a Canadian Honda dealership do market adjustment or mark up on a new vehicle MSRP? Trying to negotiate with a sales person who has an outright $12,000 mark up on MSRP, no add ons, accessories or anything.. Was given an invoice so it’s in writing.
My understanding was that Honda Canada...
