this happens sometimes. the brake rotors have corroded from the moisture and are locked in place. Try rocking the car back and forth with the clutch until it breaks free. you'll probably hear a loud 'bang' if it's bad enough you can't move the car.
I was looking at ordering one of these for my '23 Si on Vtec Slayer's website but they four different options. FK8, FL5, DE4, and DE5. Which one do I order? Or can I order directly from OP? Probably won't be ordering until mid January but just wanted to get some info first.
interesting. I had a OBD bluetooth scanner plugged in too when this issue would pop up! almost feels like it was causing lag from all the sensor data is was requesting.
just an update: issue has gone away. I heard a bad phone cable was causing the issue for someone else on FB. Got a new one. Not sure if that was it, but issue is gone.

buy an Xtool Anyscan A30M. it's a bidirectional scan tool that's under $150. You can use that to do the brakes yourself. I can't imagine having to replace the pads that early though, especially the rears. I have 70k miles on my Si and I still have over 50% pad material remaining...on the...
I use Meguiar’s Ultimate Leather Detailer with a microfiber. If it’s in bad shape, i recomend Obenauf’s Heavy Duty LP.
try a different product. Use a dedicated leather cleaner, then protectant if it's really dirty.
