Didn't they get to this point because some of their products claim to be 50 states compliant including CARB? Likely some of their products/claims were challenged.

Sounds like I should write to support. I saw few drops on the side from that top part. As for the middle part, I followed AHC Garage video and applied Hondabond. It was a great suggestion by them. I feel like the middle part is super sealed with Hondabond.
