At least I got my 25 FL5 back in Jan 25. Already the dealer is calling to buy back my car for the same price I pay for it. ( MSRP).....no way is my answer. We all have to wait and see in the coming months to find out what Honda is going to do.

I'll see one show up at a car meet/show with the new owner showing it off. But won't say the mark-up they pay to be first in the area.

My 2022 Honda civic SI was capless also.

Well at least I got my 2025 Type R last week.

On my 2022 Civic SI was done last March 0f 2024 and the new rack was install. Just pickup a 2025 Type R and the VIN was not on the recall list.

That's why I got one this weekend, been hearing this is the last year for a gas engine. But who knows for sure. I wanted a sonic gray pearl one but at 56k no way, got CW at MSRP plus 1000 bucks of add on's.

Well after I called the sales man one last time before going there they back out and jack it up to 64K. No way in my book.

I'm waiting for the wife to OK to get a Type R for MSRP. She doesn't know I have a check in hand to get it. But can't get off work till the weekend. Fingers cross here!

I watch them like a hawk, I always remind them to toque it to 30 lb. When I see them not doing this then I call the manager and tell him that the tech are not following the customer request.

Sorry to see this happen to anyone, but I would had waited for the insurance money IMO.
