Have not noticed anything out of the ordinary. Drives great. Like I said in previous posts it feels like with the added mass of the spacers it feels like its absorbing a bit of the harshness in the road, but that can also be working in tandem with the Rigid Collars and the Performance Stabilizer...
A couple pictures with a small break in the weather. The fitment does look a lot better with 15mm spacers all around.
This was the passenger side the other day, right before it rained.
Appreciate it. Yeah, the last picture at the gas station is after the install. They definitely look a lot more flush when there's more light and I also have splash guards on so that maybe what you are seeing, but I'll try to take a picture during the day if its not raining tomorrow.
Forgot to answer about the pads... so far they are good. Does seem to have a little bit more bite than OEM and so far I'm not seeing as much dust all over my wheels and rear bumper after a drive.
Thanks!
I've had the Acuity bushings in the past on my Sport Touring and liked them, but they were just a pain in the ass to install with the retaining ring on the under side. Hybrid Racing's install was so much easier and does not have a retaining ring to deal with, just push in until it snaps...
I set mine just a level past what it had set out of the box, just to make everything just a little tighter and a little closer and the shift knob height was just a bit below what stock would be.
Updated the build list with some new parts; upgraded Paragon brake rotors and Dixcel M pads, Wunderladen rear caliper bushings, Bonoss wheel spacers, Acuity 4 Way Shifter and Hybrid Racing Shifter cable bushings, RSX Type S shift knob.
Probably looking to lower it a little next and get an...
It might depend on how thick the case is, but the wireless charging pad never really charged my phone, it only kept it at the same percentage and it slid around so it would not charge sometimes.
Found this from Etsy, and I keep the OEM charger off. Works really well if you have a Magsafe...
Installed the rear Paragon rotors, Dixcel M Type Pads, the other 15mm wheel spacers and the Wunderladen Rear Caliper Bushings.
Braking with the new setup is great, definitely has a bit more bite and a firmer pedal.
With all 4 spacers installed the car does feel more planted with the wider...
So far I can say with just the front 2, the ride just seems a little tighter and more planted and a little smoother with the wider stance. Can't want to see how it feels with all 4.
Had a bit of a late start today, but changed the fronts to the Paragon rotors and Dixcel M pads, and installed the Bonoss 15mm spacers. That fitment with the OEM wheels look so much better now. Will have to do the rears tomorrow.
I had a 2016 EXL, traded it in for a 2023 Sport Touring 6MT and then traded it that in for the 2025 Type R.
I thought my EXL was great, it rode great and a mild tune made it fun to drive. I prefer the styling of the 11th Gen and the Type R and having a manual transmission, and like...
Took a little time during my lunch to install shifter cable bushings. Such a better install with the Hybrid Racing bushings. Did not have to deal with the pain in the ass retaining rings like with the Acuity bushings. Also I did not have to remove the entire battery and battery tray, just the...
