  1. Why is 11th gen slower than 10th gen?

To be fair, 270wtq would be more than enough to move an 11th gen.
  2. 2022 Civic Hatchback Pricing Revealed and It Is Very Compelling! Starting at $22,900 MSRP

Yup, Honda needs to step it up with the si this year for sure. Makes our 11th gen purchase for the EX sedan at 25k a lot more worth it looking at that price even if its a CVT.
  3. 2022 Civic Hatchback Pricing Revealed and It Is Very Compelling! Starting at $22,900 MSRP

Yeah these are some dogshit prices if you want a 6MT. It really makes me wonder how much the new Si is going to cost now. Imagine it's 30k and only makes 230hp crank? Meanwhile a kia k5 has 290hp crank. Yeah, no. Makes sense why they haven't revealed it now. At least put a k20C4/6 in it at this...
  4. Why is 11th gen slower than 10th gen?

It is a better car in terms of quality inside. Comfort is also improved. It handles well for a stock car, BUT you’re trading in power for that. If you want power you’re going to have to tune the car with hondata, ktuner, or phearable stage 3. It’ll bring it up around 190whp/and 210wtq or so...
  5. 10th gen Si previous owner considering 11th gen for wife

11th gen rides nice over bumps. It’s not a Mercedes nice, but it’s certainly a lot better than my 19’ si so I have an idea where you’re coming from. I live in an area with bad streets so i deal with bumps/cracks/potholes on a daily basis. Wife got an EX and the 17’s ride well over them. I would...
  6. Any 1.5T owners do just a tune yet?

I don’t own a 11th gen. I own a 10th gen si that’s on phearable 1.5R so if this tune is anything like 1.5R, then it feels good until redline.

  8. 2022 Civic RS (Si Equivalent?) Video Showcased in Platinum White

Really hope that 9” screen makes it to the si. The smaller screen on the ex and below looks so nasty with the thicker bezels.
  9. 27WON Exploring the Turbo L15 Engine in the 11th gen Civic

I think MHI probably shut down the production plant for turbos since they are now banking on EV.
  10. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

Regardless, can’t wait to see what Derek from IMW and John from Phearable will have for OTS tunes. Most of all, I want to see the Si already that way I know to continue modding my 10th or stop.
  11. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

Do you think the CVT will have the limitations as the 10th gen version?
  12. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

That makes sense on why the Hondata tune looked like it was such a huge gain. Link below for the results.. Hondata tune
  13. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

The 10th gen turbos were faster than the 11th gen outside of the Si
  14. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

That defeats the purpose of the turbo engine imo. Might as well get a 2.0 NA if the power figures from that and the 1.5T are that close. No wonder the sport model and ex are so close in price.
  15. Motortrend Base Numbers are Wrong ?

I’m confused on why the 11th gen has less power out of the factory especially now that it has VTEC. It’s almost like it was detuned?
  16. California Dealers?

Spreen Honda in Loma Linda, CA is my go to. Family owned so the people are nicer from my experience.
