I just checked Ganley Honda's website where I purchased my 2025 CW Type R from. They still have the 2 boost blue, but now they have a black one also for anyone looking. The black one should be slightly cheaper.
CW 2025 $44,783.73 including $387 doc fee, $15 title fee, $20 registration. I'll pay 6.25% sales tax on$44,396.73 and TX inspection fee ( less than $50 - rates changed recently) when the title arrives in about 4 weeks. I live in Texas and purchased in Ohio. Picked up 1/2 and drove it back...
Plenty of people like BB, I'm not one of them. I think part of the reason that these cars sit, regardless of color, is that the many that want these cars are younger people. Not many young people can afford $50k for a car. Just because someone can make a car payment, doesn't necessarily...
By the time I pay sales tax when I receive my title and TX state inspection, I will be almost $500 over 2025 MSRP of $47,145. At this time last Sunday, I was putting my deposit on my CW. Only downside is having almost 1500 miles from driving it back. For break in, drove about the first 100...
For anyone interested, Ken Ganley Honda is open on Sunday. Boost Blue is probably the only color of the 5 I don't like, but considering the price, I think I can get over it if they didn’t have a CW. Those tires definitely suck even on a little snow, but I made it back to Texas on the 4th.
I was too lazy to print out and black out my info. But the dealers name, Ken Ganley Honda in North Olmsted, Ohio is on the bottom. Ask for Dan Crites in sales or Tim Costa a sales manager. Tell them you want the same deal that Dean from Texas got. As of the time I picked UT up on Jan 2...
I am from Texas, originally from Ohio. Put a deposit this past Sunday an CW 2025 Type R. Picked it up Jan 2 and started driving back Jan 3. If you like boost blue, they have these 2 remaining as of Jan 2. They will sell at invoice just like mine. Paid $44,818.73 including title &...
You should just keep the Si and drive it more. I think even if you were trading in a 2023 Si, it would be hard to get $27K for a 2018 since a 2024 is about $30K. Good luck.

Because of the markups on a Type R, I'm curious how much the insurance company gave you for your totalled Type R.
Did you have to add much to the insurance settlement to get your new car? You mentioned that you
put 27k miles on your previous Type R.
