My right seatback is a little wrinkled too but not as bad as that. I also found the side trim that faces the seatback didn’t line up right. I fixed it myself and actually got rid of an annoying rattle I’ve had. It is kind of sad that this was overlooked, but this is still overall an excellent car.
Honda wants you to upgrade to the Accord or most likely the new Integra for a heated steering wheel and memory position driver seat. But I’d bet we’ll see one or both of these in the 12th gen.
Another variable is traffic. Empty highways don’t let you draft someone to give you a little MPG boost. Not saying we should be riding people’s bumpers but even setting ACC to 2 bars on a freeway with some traffic gives me noticeably better mileage than on a relatively empty freeway or highway...
Maintenance Minder will tell you when it’s time to change the oil depending on how it’s driven. For mostly freeway driving on my 10th gen, it was roughly 10k for engine oil and 50k for CVT

I don’t have this product but have seen it mentioned positively in the Ody Club forum. It’s not so annoying that I’ll spend $80 for it though
Honda doesn’t do build to order like other manufacturers. If you want a certain configuration your dealer doesn’t have, you can have them try to trade with another dealer that has or has been allocated what you want. Since it’s about a month or two from allocation to delivery, that’s roughly how...
What the Accord has going for it is more rear passenger room, standard dual climate control, and 1.5T standard. If those aren't important, go with the Civic for hatch utility and newer Honda Sensing system. I agree about the Civic Sport for just 1k more. I think it'll hold more value and be more...
I haven’t seen 2022 Civic show up on any online Honda parts websites yet, but if you know the part number or have the parts dept at the dealer look it up, you can order from your favorite site.
I think at $30k the base Integra won't have quite the same features as the ST, and would be closer to an EX-L, considering you get a LSD and the added cost because it's an Acura. Pretty much how it is with the Accord 2.0T vs base TLX.
There aren’t a lot of incandescent bulbs left on the 11th gen, but I can confirm at least for the hatch what remains is the same as the corresponding bulb on the 10th gen:
Rear turn signals: Amber 7440
Backup lights: 921
Cargo/trunk area light: 194
Vanity mirror lights: 2.3W T5 (2723)...
I’ll add that the behavior on mine does seem different compared to my 10th gen. I kept it between 70-72F all the time but I feel like on the 11th gen it needs to be more like 74-75F to feel the same. I’ve only had my 11th gen for a few weeks but my first impression is that it might be factoring...
Yeah not trying to start a trend or anything on here, just have an idea for a poster I want to make and I thought these nicknames might work better than the chassis codes or gen numbers
I thought I read it in an article somewhere a while ago, but can't find it anymore - what's the 11th gen's development nickname? eg. the 10th gen was the "Epic Civic", 3rd gen was the "Wonder Civic", etc.
I actually just did this yesterday. I skipped cutting the fender liner for the middle screw on the rears and it still seems pretty secure with just 2 screws. Overall, I agree a pretty easy install, even easier if you have a short thumbturn screwdriver so that you don’t need to turn the steering...
Yes, I wasn't expecting it to fit, just wanted to be sure since the 10th and 11th gens have similar engines and thought I'd share in case anyone else was curious.
