I've read some stuff about the L15 motors in the Accord and Civic, and it seems to be a big issue. Don't have any experience with it myself and haven't had anything like that on my K and B series motors. Guess we'll have to see how this all plays out.

All speculation. But so far, we have 278 units (based on VIN) that have landed here. That's more than half the rumoured number of 546. Somewhere on the forums, someone mentioned 180 ish VINs the first two years, which would put us around 638 units up to just recently.

Pricing is brutal. I don't think it's going to be any better. I'm guessing there won't be a 12th gen Type R and they're probably banking on that to a degree, which is why they're not budging on price. It's great that we got additional units but dealerships are just trying to screw us all over...
Disappointing but not surprising. Is Carter Honda the same place as the other dealership that gave you the pricing sheet? Tried reaching out them again to see if there's wiggle room?
