Thanks dude! Wish they made more for the FL5. I did take the bumper off to install it. There aren't any pre-drilled holes on it, so you do have to drill holes in the lip and the bumper. Or more like the black under part of the bumper. None of the holes I drilled are in the blue painted parts...

I’m using some Amazon Noco style cables. And here is how I have it routed. Here’s how it looks with the hood closed. The Amazon cables also have a cover for the plug. So if it’s going to rain I make sure I put the cap on.

I use it to keep my battery topped up for my dash cam’s parking mode. I had Blackvue’s accessory battery for the dash cam’s but my commute was too short to keep it charged for the day. So I have my cam wired to the car battery.
