  1. Turbo Spool rate question

Charles, did you ever update and try out the Advanced VSA quick adjustment? Might help with your traction issues.
  2. TSP Stage 1 for Non-Si Civics - Additionals ECUs Now Supported!

You will love this tune. Hey Two Step, thanks for finally posting my review. :)
  3. MAPerformance Stage 1 Tune

consentual_induction... MAP has fantastic service and products but so does TSP. The reason (I think) that the TSP tune gets all the hype is that not only is it a great tune but is was created by Derek Robinson (currently the top dog tuner for the 10th gen). As far as the MAP tune I haven't...
  4. Turbo Spool rate question

Don't disable it. Long term, it will destroy your CVT.
  5. Turbo Spool rate question

As far as disabling boost ramp it will change the feel of the tune drastically. I'm not sure how realistic it is using that on a daily driver and I'm sure it's not great in terms of clutch wear and tear on your Si.
  6. 27WON - Designing the L15 Turbo Inlet Pipe

You totally missed the gist of my post. It was a joke. I was referring to how phallic the pipe looked in the pics and joking about Matt saying the pics had him "excited". I totally understand they are prototypes and 27Won does good stuff. Sheesh.
  7. 27WON - Designing the L15 Turbo Inlet Pipe

Those images have you excited? I'm not touching that one. lol
  8. World Record 1/4 mile pass! 10th Gen Civic Si 1.5T 10.80 @131.56

With these faster and faster times, I expect to see a 10th gen Civic literally rocket off into orbit in the near future! :)
  9. What is Knock Count and Knock Control (defined)

Readings in the mid to high .50's on 91 octane is about what you'd expect. With 93 octane, .49 is the lowest you'll see.
  10. 1.5T Non-Si CVT Tunes

You're right, there are no topics dealing with this at all. ;) Do a little bit more searching and you'll find plenty of information on CVT's and tuning. To get you started, here's a good place to get some hands on CVT turbo non-Si Ktuner info...
  11. TSP Stage 1 Tune for the 2017+ Civic Si (Cobra Race Support Included!)

Any estimate on a release date for the TSP Stage 1 CVT tune?
  12. TSP Stage 1 Tune for the 2017+ Civic Si (Cobra Race Support Included!)

With TSP working on a tune for us CVT turbo guys, I had a couple questions. I know you still have the 3 on the fly tunes with tune 3 as the custom TSP tune (that setup is perfect for me by the way). And I assume tune 3 is locked and not tweakable... But what about tune 1 and 2? Are all the...
  13. Memorial Day Sale starts today!

And yet the banner says "SITEWIDE".
  14. Newest release question

JR, I haven't downloaded the latest update yet but have a question about it. In your version history for the latest software update it says "Updated Key Off/On Process To Be Smoother". What exactly is the new key off/on process? Thanks.
  15. PRL Stage 1 (1.5T Si) question...

PRL, what do you mean by the constant replacement of dry filters? I've vacuumed and cleaned my AEM DryFlow filters in several cars for years and they seem as good and clean as the day I first bought them. I know aftermarket oiled filters flow better, that's a fact. But they also tend to not...
  16. PRL Stage 1 (1.5T Si) question...

I bought the PRL silicone intake hose but prefer the dry filters versus the Green oiled filter PRL uses. The Green filter or the K&N may flow slightly better than the performance dry type but I just feel "safer" with the dry ones. I've used both the aFe Pro Dry S and the AEM Dryflow. Both are...
  17. Roughly 50% error rate when flashing with KTuner 1.2

From my own experience I can tell you that KTuner's customer service email will get you the quickest response versus calling.
  18. Knock Control .85

Something to consider to stabilize K control for the warmer weather ahead: www.civicx.com/threads/from-hondata-to-ktuner-the-ongoing-review.29033/page-4#post-532825
  19. Knock Control .85

    Absolutely none.
  20. Knock Control .85

Having higher knock control number like .85 doesn't equate to any sort of damage you could be doing to you engine. Higher numbers mean timing is getting retarded so you have less power. There are a lot of factors such as octane, IAT's and load that determine K control. It's bound to go up...
