The spare tire kit comes with some stickers. The FL5 door jam sticker actually shows “None” for the spare tire row so I just cut the portion from the FK8 sticker and applied it over.

Is this the piece you’re mentioning? Is there a specific angle I should be prying up from? I’m using a plastic pry tool and giving significant force and it’s not popping off. I anm afraid of breaking the piece itself.

Back in the 90s I remember doing this mod where you add spacers to the back of the hood mounts. Thus when the hood is in the closed position the sides are cracked open allowing for heat dissipation. It was a ghetto mod but curious on what people here think!
