Do you happen to live or work in a industrial or manufacturing area? I used to buy steel for a large Seattle steel shredder. We also processed lots of aluminum and other non ferrous metals and our cars were always covered in exactly what you described.

To avoid dealer just buy a new OEM tank. Probably pretty cheap online.

I also agree with the Amsoil fluid comment, improved warm performance same or worse in the cold. As far as the transmission tickle or shock sensation I would guess it comes from the rmm and possibly bushings due to increased stiffness. Maybe just a sensation from the clutch or flywheel motion..

Always headlights keeps them clean and crisp and most cars they are very expensive. Headlights also take alot of stone chips and sun damage.

Thankyou, I have had similar dealer offers for my 2023 CW with 1500 miles. Dealers can provide easy sale/financing/trade/warranty’s so they usually do ok compared to private sales.
