Check it out when you get a chance.
Oh yeah I've seen your vid. I'm not too eager for that exhaust though. I don't know what my deal is with this type r. My fk8, I got the Remus and loved it. But I heard the Remus on the FL5 and didn't care for it.

I like the aggressiveness of Milltek but it can be too loud when I don't want it to be, even with the valve closed.

Mugen is too quiet lol. Maybe I'll remove a resonator...doubt I'd sell the Mugen anyway.

Too bad you’re not near by - I’d offer to trade with you haha
Did you pair your mugen with a front pipe or still factory there? I’m sure that would help the mugen open up more.

Maybe removing one resonator maybe what you're looking for.

PLEASE I will give you a discount on any exhaust to not get the MUGEN for the FL5. I can't get past the butthole appearance with the single exit. hahaha

How does the Mugen compare to the Apexi sound wise?

I am a huge fan of the three tip exhaust on these but of course Spoon went with the 2 tip. Still got it though lol so I get it everyone has their own preference.

Apexi sounded way better. Apexi was probably the best sounding overall. I just didn't care for the double wall tips lol. I'm so picku
So is the Mugen really quiet?

I sat in the back seat for the first time yesterday since owning the car. Was too tired to drive so sat in the back with my son. It was loud. I don’t know how my wife puts up with it, since she’s usually in the backseat with my son. That’s why I’m looking to get something quieter.

I also see that the Mugen single for Group B is coming out and it’s full titanium from the front pipe back. Enticing.

Mugen is quiet and deep. As for the titanium I read the front pipe is stainless. And the pics the front pipe looked normal stock type?

I do wonder is 2.5" okay for the applications above 400hp..since Mugen is 2.5"?

I just got dyno'd at 424 with the Milltek and RV6 660 (stock fuel system for now).

That Milltek was stupid loud when I threw the non resonated pipe on ?

Made me miss the quietness and deeper tone of Mugen. Milltek is so raspy. I can't win lol.
