I've drove my FK8 from New Mexico back to San Francisco in 2017 in one straight shot...
stopped 5 times for gas and total of 17 hrs and 1250 miles (or something).

Nothing new on the tracker as far as I've seen. Just cars selling since they've been hitting dealerships out east. There were 330+ now its 195. Out of those 195 i'd say half have high mark ups 20k+ and half aren't at the dealers yet.

Well I made it back home safely and what a drive and experience. The car just engages with you from the moment you sit in the drivers seat. Those Humboldt curves on Redwood Hwy were a joy to drive thru. I was hitting the curves at like 80-90mph with ease.

The car picks up power very effortlessly when you need it. Sometimes I forgot I was doing 90mph lol. Just a grin on my face from start to finish. You almost forget it was an 11hr drive (NorCal to SoCal) with how much fun you are having learning about the car. Everytime I stopped for a break I just looked back in awe at the Champ White color. I am beyond excited for this car.

The car has now been broken-in I hope (690 miles). I probably wont be making a drive like that again anytime soon though lol. It was truely a mission but well worth it to me.

I'm also pulling for you to get yours by sometime tomorrow! It was a big weight off my shoulders once I got the call it came in. I was worried the shipping ordeal was going to cast a shadow over the experience, but it hasn't. I think a lot of people on here will be excited for you to finally get yours.

I was lucky to get the championship white. It was my first pick and it just happened to be the color that they were sending to my dealership after I gave them 1k to lock it in. I got lucky. And she is number 915

so close! I'm 912
