All metal bushings are going to make noise. That’s the trade off for the performance. Keeping them lubed will help some, but clunking is normal. That is the endlink bushings. I guess make sure the bar itself isn’t contacting anything, but that would be more than a little clunking.
I have a RV6 as well and run into clunking every 3-6 months, typically I have someone tighten the bolts and occasionally I've crawled under and done it my self and that temporarily seems to solve the problem. My question is, is their any long term concern with it? if I let the clunking continue and just periodically check the tightness am I good?

Are there any upgraded RSB’s that use a hardened rubber bushing? I don’t want to deal with squeaks/noises in the suspension..
