I looked at my fl5 today, felt the back is not level. So I measured rear fender heights, from ground to the bottom of fender in the middle of the tire. Left is 26", right is almost 27". The space between tire and fender on the left is bigger than right. Tire pressure are ok. Everything is stock.
Should I contact the dealer, or it's normal?

Check the level in several parking spots to see if the difference remains.
Honda has an allowable for side to side differences, but I'll warn its quite large.
A friend went through this 30 years ago with a Civic SI coupe. Back then, the drivers side tended to be lower due to engine placement (opposite side from today's car).

Do you know what is the allowable difference?

I'd be curious if we all measured our gap what they would be. It's also possible a slight increase is given to the left and evens out when the driver is sitting in the vehicle. If you corner balance a vehicle for the track on coils things like that are accounted for.

it's for better cornering on the left turn NASCAR track.

but seriously, it's pretty common for springs to settle at ever-so-slightly different heights. your weight is on the left so it's probably settling quicker than the right side. go haul some heavy stuff around on the right side for a week.
