Rear hatch seal leak

I just bought this car and it's already leaking water into the rear hatch window. I took some pics and wanted to share this with everyone that may have the same issue as mine.

Youtube channel "NAUS" had a leaky hatch. He shows where water was entering under the hinge attachments. I noticed my car looked the same as his (pop-rivet not flush), so I caulked around the hinge brackets with DAP Dynaflex 230 clear.
I live in the desert, so no rain yet to test my fix. Good luck!

I took it to a dealer to see if they'll replace the weatherstripping or the glass itself. The thing is I already tinted it, so I'm going to ask honda to reimburse for the rear hatch window tint. That is if the glass has to be replaced.

Is anyone else getting bubbles in there rear hatch glass trim?

There's a slight gap on the bottom it isn't fully seated. Was told by a dealer that's normal. The rear glass was replaced and these are the results.
