Rear brake problem

Hi I’m wondering is it normal I have to replace the rear brake pads for only les than 7k miles ?

Wow, I did mine at 17,000 and they were about fried by that point. I do mainly city driving

Yes depending on driving. I got about 8k on a replacement set but that was a few track days too.

I remember reading something on here saying it has something to do with the stability control I think, don't quote me on that. I'm sure someone in here has more insight.
