Rattling near the parking brake control unit under the driver side

I have this weird rattle that pops up when driving over rougher patches of road especially in the morning. Based on the research I did, it looks like its coming from the parking brake control unit. I tried applying electrical tape to

hold it in place and also tried using wire harness tape.

Highly appreciate it anyone can figure it out.
