No news from TSP about Stage 1

Hey,

Ordered the KTuner v1.2 bundle with TSP Stage 1 last week. I got it 2 days ago and I sent TSP my order number with my KTuner serial number for the Stage 1 file. I still have no news from them and it's been 2 days already.. Do I need to wait longer?? I hoped I could flash it at least yesterday. I sent an email from their contact us page and also at [email protected]
